However, due to some certain reason you are not satisfied with our product we offer an easy return and Exchange policy. You can return or exchange our products within 7 days from the date of receiving.

While returning, keep in mind the product that is used, damaged and missing of the original tag are not returnable. Make sure that you sent the returned product along with all the freebies, original packing and copy of the invoice.

Under the exchange policy items for a similar amount can be exchanged. Purchasing a new product as an exchange of a different product is not accepted. Besides, we will refund your money to your bank account.Before returning to ensure you are sending the correct product and they are properly packed. We are not responsible for the damage or loss of the incorrect product while in a transaction.

Although we make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed by any chance you find an issue or defective product don’t worry we are happy to help. You can initiate a return request from the Popular Indian Imports and Exports account or email us at Email with your Order ID and clear description of returning the product with a photo attached to start the refund procedure. Here are the procedures to make a return through a Popular Indian Imports and Exports account.
Step 1:
Login to your Popular Indian Imports and Exports account and then head on to order history option
Step 2:
You will find all the products you have ordered on the screen now click on the product that you like to return or exchange.
Step 3:
In the product section, you will see a return link next to the product click on the page which redirects to the page return page
Step 4:
Fill all the necessary and valid details properly and submit the request.
Step 5:
That’s it. Our order delivery team will pick up your product at the preferred time and location.
You can track the order and refund status under the manage return page.

• Once the product is received from our side, it goes through a quality check to make sure the product is not used or damaged.
• When the product passes the quality test your refund process will be initiated
• We will refund the amount within 5-7 working days in your preferred bank account.

In the case, Digital wallet payment methods like Paytm, Phonepe the refunded amount will be transferred to the original mode of payment
Cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed. In case of any exception, please speak to our customer care team and they will assist you in the best possible way. No refund will be made in case of cancellations for Part Payment orders. The advance amount will be forfeited as cancellation charges.
